Choose the right contact
A ticket, fine or payment
Contact the issuing municipality using the details on your ticket. Civic Enforce does not process ticket payments or decide disputes.
Account access or permissions
Your Municipal Administrator manages staff access. Use the web workspace's password-recovery option for a forgotten password.
An app or printing issue
Email Civic Enforce with the device, app version, printer model if relevant, and the steps that led to the issue.
A privacy or data request
Read our Privacy policy and contact the same email address with your municipality and request type.
Saved work needs recovery
Keep Civic Enforce installed and keep the original workspace configuration. Do not uninstall or clear app data while recovery is being arranged. Sign in to the original account and municipality when access is available, or contact your Municipal Administrator and support.
Do not create a replacement ticket for an uncertain submission. Reconcile the original attempt before issuing again.
Connection and printing
A connection is required to sign in, unlock saved work after a cold start, issue tickets and synchronize attachments. A saved draft is not an issued ticket.
The current iPhone printing setup uses the Brother RJ-4230B with 4-inch (nominal 102 mm) continuous direct-thermal receipt paper. Confirm the phone, printer and roll stock for your municipality before rollout. If a print result is uncertain, check the printer and ticket before explicitly choosing any further print action.
